You can now set which user roles that you are allowing to view the Track Payment Dispute page and respond to any disputes that are displayed there.
**This permission will default to Admins Only, but you can grant access to other user roles by checking the box in the corresponding row, similar to other permission settings found in AccuLynx.
To Edit the Permissions you will need to hold the Role of Company or Location Admin.
Go to Market, and click on Add Ons.
Upon entering the AddOns page, scroll down until you see the Accounting category. Click on the AccuPay tile.
Click on the manage button to open the AccuPay settings page. Scroll down to the bottom until you find the settings category.
Look for the area for Permissions on this area you can set who can view Disputes and what roles can receive notification emails.
**The Notification E-mail Permissions menu allows you to choose which of your team members can configure their own personal communication preferences to receive e-mail communication about the different AccuPay activities shown. Note: Enabling this permission for a role does not automatically turn these emails on for users that are in that role; it simply adds a new menu to their Personal Profile -> Settings menu where they can configure their AccuPay notification preferences.**
