The AccuPay Payment Dispute Tracking page allows you to track and handle AccuPay disputes without leaving AccuLynx. You will be able to view and respond to the disputes directly from this page instead of having to login on your portal.payrix.com login.
- If a user is in a role that has permission to view the Track Payments Dispute page, the will be able to find it in the tracking menu at the top of the screen in the blue header. For information on setting and controlling these permissions, please see the article here: AccuPay Track Disputes Permission Settings
- From this page, users can view any dispute using the options at the top of the screen to search or filter the results to help find what they need. With the menu to the right of an entry, you can view more information, or respond to a dispute and include any documentation to back up your case. If you have previously started a response, but saved it as a draft, you can continue working on the entry with this menu as well.
- Once you respond to a dispute, you will not be able to communicate with the other party any longer, unless your response is requested again. For this reason, be very careful to include all necessary information before submitting your response. If you still have more information to collect, consider saving your response as a draft and returning later to complete the process.
