Beacon Integration

Summary:

This feature will allow you to integrate your Beacon Building Products Account with your AccuLynx Account. Once the connection is set up, your Beacon Branch will send real-time pricing to AccuLynx, allowing you to include accurate pricing on your Estimates and to forecast Order costs.  

Requirements:

Set up must be completed by AccuLynx users in the Company or Location Administrator Role. This also requires a Beacon Pro+ Online Account and log in information.

*All Billing is handled through Beacon Building Products for any Materials Ordered.

How To:

1. Click on Market at the top of your AccuLynx screen

2. Click on Add-Ons from the drop down.

3. From the Add-ons screen, filter by Material Orders at the top right, and then click on the Beacon Building Products box

4. On the next screen, read about the Beacon Building Products integration, and select ENABLE

5. On the next screen, select ENABLE box at the top left. Then select Go To Beacon To Verify and Connect from the side panel. From here you will verify your account and enable the Add-on

6. On the next screen, enter your Email Address and Password for your Beacon Pro+ Online account, and click “Sign In”

   7.  Once your credentials are entered & you’ve clicked Sign In, your screen will refresh and you will be  brought back to the AccuLynx Integration page where your Beacon Building Products & AccuLynx integration will be completed.
