Estimate Updates

We have released updates to the estimating portion of AccuLynx that adds a number of new functionality and enhancements to existing features. A summary of these updates is available below along with a more detailed video overview.

Summary

• We've updated the user interface on the Estimate Overview screen & Discount/Tax/OH&P modals within the Estimate Builder
• Users can now copy estimates between jobs within the same location
• A new ability to update pricing on estimates created without an integrated supplier pricing source
• We have added the ability to quickly remove zero-quantity line items from estimates
• A new Account Setting to set Estimate Profit Margin minimums and maximums
• AccuLynx Admins can pre-create Discounts that are available within the Estimate Builder
• A new Account Setting to automatically apply sales tax to all new estimates
• There is a new Permission to define which user roles can override Estimate Profit Margin minimums/maximums
• In addition, there is a new Permission setting to select the user roles that can edit the profit margin on the estimate builder.
• We've added a new Permission to define which user roles can apply discounts to Estimates
• And lastly, we've added a new Permission to define which user roles can apply custom discounts to Estimates
