Estimate Settings - Disclaimer

The Estimate Disclaimer Setting allows you to create a single Disclaimer that you can choose to show at the bottom any Estimate that you send out.  You would want to include in your Disclaimer any legal jargon, penalties, or anything you would be required to legally included on your Estimate.  

1. To access the Estimate Disclaimer Setting page you will need to be logged in as an Administrator Role user within AccuLynx and then click on your username in the top right and access the Account Settings area.

2. You will next click on Estimate Settings and then select the Disclaimer Option.

3. To create your Disclaimer click on Edit

4.  The Edit Disclaimer window will appear with formatting options at the top.  We recommend typing in this field instead of copy/pasting from an outside source.  Note:  We do not recommend that you paste text from Microsoft Word.  Text created in Word has hidden characters that your Internet Browser attempts to interpret as code, which can cause issues.  If you currently have a disclaimer in a Word Application, save it as a "Plain Text" Document.  Open that Document, then copy and paste into this text box from within there.
