AccuLynx Lead Intelligence provides Lead Ranking to help you understand the opportunities that exist within your leads and prospects. Lead Intelligence gives you better insights so you can determine how you focus your sales efforts.
Lead Intelligence helps you understand:
- Where to invest your team’s time and focus
- Which leads have a higher propensity to convert into customers
- How to capitalize on the best opportunities before your competitors do
Now Lead Intelligence is incorporated into the AccuLynx interface to provide visual signals to your sales team allowing you to prioritize the work that will convert more easily.
How does it work?
The Lead Rank tool uses artificial intelligence and third-party data to predict a homeowner’s buying behavior and assign a score, or “Lead Rank” to each lead and prospect in AccuLynx. The score gives your team a visual indicator of a that person's likelihood to convert, and enables them to be more strategic with their time by focusing on people with a greater potential to close.
Note: This feature will only assign a score to people within the United States
What is it?
As soon as you start entering in key information for your new lead (name, address, phone number, etc), AccuLynx will automatically start to give them a score, and display their rank on the Lead Screen, Job Overview Page, and on the Assigned Leads and Jobs page. This score may update if you add more information after you initially enter the lead in your system.
You will see the Lead Ranking in 3 places within AccuLynx
1. On the new Lead screen as data is entered in for the lead.
2. Within the Assigned Leads and Jobs list when viewing Leads and Prospects.
3. On the Job's Overview page directly.
To Disable this feature you will need to hold an Administrative Role in AccuLynx.
- You will click on your name in the top right and then click on Account Settings.
- You will next click on Add-On Features and Integrations and then Click on Add-Ons
- Click on Lead Intelligence in the list
- Uncheck Enable Lead Intelligence at the top of the page.
