At any stage of the job, users can generate a Job Statement from the Invoice Worksheet, by selecting the new ACTIONS button in the upper right corner.
Note: Users can only perform this action if their user role's permissions allow them to Create and Edit Customer Invoices
To Create a Statement you will first Access your Job's Invoice page and then follow the steps below:
- Click on the Blue Actions button on the top right
- Click on Create Job Statement
The statement will show the following information related to the financial state of the job:
- Total current approved value of the job
- Total of any past or current invoices as of the date the statement is generated
- Entries for each payment entered on the job, including description
- Running balance of outstanding billed amount
As with other documents, users can print, email, or save this statement to the job documents area. These options are found at the bottom of the Job Statement page.
