AccuFi Overview
AccuFi by AccuLynx is a 100% free service that allows you to offer competitive job financing options with pre-approvals in less than a minute. This allows you to receive funding in as little as 1 business day!
AccuFi benefits include:
- No added costs or fees to pay - no impact to your profit margins.
- No underwriting required to enable AccuFi.
- No credit card required for payment - no added transaction fees.
- No paperwork for your sales staff to manage.
- Automatically present an estimated monthly payment with your job estimate.
- Sales reps receive email notifications when the financing status has changed.
- Job financing details are displayed on the job - no need to use a second platform.
Enable AccuFi
Enable AccuFi by going to Account settings > Add-Ons and select the AccuFi card, then check the enable box on the AccuFi detail page. For AccuLynx Elite accounts, enable each company individually.
AccuFi Widget
The AccuFi widget displays the best possible monthly payment available, making it easy to talk about job price in terms of a monthly payment. The monthly payment value is calculated based on the balance due (or the estimate total if no contract worksheet has been approved).
To begin an application for pre-approval, click APPLY. A soft credit pull will be made which will not impact the applicant’s credit score.

Your customers will see the widget when they receive emails or make a payment
- Estimate PDF
- Offer Financing email
- Request Payment email (if AccuPay is enabled)
- Request Payment web page (if AccuPay is enabled)
If financing is not available (based on the job contact’s mailing address state), a disclaimer will appear with the widget display. AccuFi exclusions are listed in Account settings > Add-Ons > AccuFi in the overview section.
AccuFI FAQs
Are there 0% APR options available?
Not at this time.
Who does the money get sent to?
The customer is paid directly from their lender, then they can pay you once received.
How long does it take for Approval to Deposit?
1 - 5 business days
Why did the Apply Now button go away?
This was removed due to changes in the Truth in Lending regulations.
Why was my customer denied?
We cannot provide a reason for denial as one is not provided to us for privacy reasons. Your customer will receive notification via email of the denial and the reasons for denial.
Can I add my link to my website?
We do not have a way to add a link directly to your website as the data gathered would not be able to share data back to your specific customer. You can utilize the Web to Lead Form to create a form on your website that will integrate a lead into AccuLynx this can be placed on a we offer financing type of page.
Who is notified about status changes?
The assigned rep on the job will receive notifications of status changes. You can create additional automations under Tools > Automation manager to alert users of Specific Status changes related to AccuFi.
Who does the customer contact about Questions?
The customer will contact the lender they have selected with any questions on the status of their loan.
Where can my customers locate their offers at?
https://www.acornfinance.com/ and click on Check Offers on the top right. They will then select the View My Offers option and input their data to access the offers already available for them.
