Editing PO Numbers When Ordering

Users can modify the PO Number associated with an order. By default, the order will be assigned an AccuLynx-generated PO number, but users have the option to edit the PO Number as needed. 

Steps for Editing the PO Number

Within the Order Builder module, users can edit the PO Number on two separate screens.

1) First on the Order Information screen when they first start an order:

2) Secondly, at the end of the order building process when they are reviewing the information they have entered.

Note: If a user enters a PO Number that has been used on another order within the same job, AccuLynx will display a message letting them know, but will not prevent them from doing so as seen below.

The PO Number information can be updated or edited in the order builder until the order has been marked as Ordered.
