Every user in AccuLynx has their own personal profile page they can use to change some of the ways they are seen in AccuLynx. To get to your profile page, start by clicking on your name in the upper right corner of the screen within AccuLynx, and then selecting "Edit Profile"
On this page, you can:
- Edit "Your Name" to change how you are viewed in user lists and other various internal Reports/screens.
- Edit your "Display Name" to change how your name is presented on Documents created by AccuLynx and sent out to the public (e.g. set your nickname).
- Edit your Initials to change how you are displayed on Tracking screens. Generally, most users leave this field alone unless there are multiple people in your organization with the same initials.
- Edit your Sign In Email address. This is the email address that AccuLynx will send notifications to, as well. If this changes, make sure you update it on this page. (You can only edit this if you are logged in as the User you are changing the email address for).
- Edit your Main Phone number. This is the number that will appear on documents created by AccuLynx that may be sent to the public. Make sure this is a number you don't mind being made public.
- Edit your Cell Phone number. This is the number that AccuLynx may use to send text message reminders to you. It will not be made public on any Document that AccuLynx generates.
- Meeting Link. If you have a video conferencing or calendar scheduling link you'd like to share with customers, enter the link in this field
- Upload a Profile Photo, or use the "Take Photo" link to take a photo from your device's webcam. This picture is used next to Jobs that you are Assigned to, or Comments that you make. This picture will not be made public.
- Save when you finish making your changes.
