Mortgage Checks

This feature is used to track the Mortgage Check location throughout the endorsement process, allowing you to help push things along and collect your money sooner. Add the companies you use to perform your Mortgage checks here.

Note-Requires Location or Administrator Role to access the Account Settings, as well as the Elite Version of AccuLynx to start tracking Mortgage Checks.

1. Click on the Market button at the top of AccuLynx, and from the drop-down menu, select Add-ons

2. From there, scroll down until you see AccuLynx Mortgage Checks & click on the Add-on

3. All information about the Mortgage Checks Add-on will be available on this screen. Feel free to read through it, but when ready to enable it, click Manage

4. Mortgage Checks

1. Click the checkbox next to Enable Mortgage Checks.
2. Click the Add New Company button to add a new Company. Check the box if you want the company to be Active. After entering the Name, click Save.
3. Once you’ve added all of your companies, click the Save button.
