The Measurement Providers screen allows you to view and/or approve all Measurement Requests/Orders currently in AccuLynx.
Requires the Elite Version of AccuLynx to access the Track Pages.
Note: The ability to request and place an aerial measurement report from within AccuLynx is an option that must be enabled by your Administrator. If you Organization has decided not to use this feature, this screen will be blank.
Hover over the Track menu at the top of the screen, and then select Measurement Providers.
From left to right, this screen shows you a list of all aerial report requests that have been either Requested (waiting to Order), Ordered and Pending (in processing queue with the Report Provider), or have been Delivered.
- Clicking on the column header for a given section will allow you to sort the data alphabetically, allowing you to more easily find a specific Measurement Order.
- Clicking on the blue arrow on the left side of each row, you can expand the line to view the details of the Order.
- Clicking on the Job Name, you will be taken directly to the Measurements Page for the Job.
- In the Requested section, you can click the blue arrow on the right of the row to Approve the Order. This will bring up the Approve Measurement Order screen. From here, you can view the settings for that request (Requested Date, Measurement Type, Delivery Type, Number of Buildings, Comments), and also where the map marker was placed by the person who is requesting the Measurement. As a User who is Authorized to Approve the Order, you also can change any of these items before actually placing the Order, if needed.
