Requires the Elite Version of AccuLynx to access the Track Pages
This screen will give you a snapshot of all Production Orders in the System that have been created and Submitted for Approval, and allow you to see some basic information about each one.
From this screen, you can select one or more Orders and Approve them all at once instead of going to each one manually.
You can get to this screen in one of two ways:
- In the Action Items section on your Dashboard, there is an area designated as Submitted Orders with a number on the left side of the button. This shows you how many Orders are waiting for Approval. Clicking on this button will take you to the Track Submitted Orders page.
- From any screen, you can hover over the Track menu at the top of the page, and then select Submitted Orders.
1. Check this box to select all the Orders on this list. Note: that there will be an entry for each Order that has been created for that Customer. These Orders will be broken down by the Order Trade, and the PO #.
2. Check this box for every individual Order that you want to Approve.
3. Selecting the milestone will cause the Production Overview screen to slide out which will show other orders associated with the job, financials, and criteria flags.
4. Clicking on the blue PO # will take you to the Order section of that Job.
5. Clicking on the Print icon at the top of the page will allow you to print this list out.
6. After selecting one or more orders, select the Approve button to mark those orders as Approved.
7. Submitted Date drop-down that will allow you to filter how long ago the order was submitted for approval.
8. Use the search bar to find a specific order that you are looking for.
