This screen allows you to take a look at the Milestone Status of every currently Active Job (Approved, Completed, Invoiced) in AccuLynx.
Requires the Elite Version of AccuLynx to access the Track Pages.
Hover over the Track menu at the top of the screen, and then select Job Progress.
From left to right, this screen shows you a list of all Jobs that have reached the Approved, Completed, and Invoiced Milestones
1. Check this box to select all the Jobs in a section.
2. Check this box to select one Job at a time in a section.
3. Click the Customers Name to be directed to that Job's Overview page.
4. Clicking on the Print or Map Icons at the top of the page with allow you to either Print this list out, or show all the Customers on a Map. From this Map, you can also overlay Storm Analysis Swaths, if your administrator has enabled this functionality. Click here to learn more about enabling Storm Analysis. You must have at least one Order selected for these options to become available.
5. Use the arrows to move the Job forward or back one Milestone. Use the arrow with the line to move the Job directly to Closed. The Invoiced section has a button to Mark Invoiced Jobs as Closed. If any of the Jobs you selected still have criteria that hasn't been met, you will see a warning, but will have the option to move the Milestone anyway.
6. At the top of many of the columns are white Fields where you can Filter the results further. For instance, by entering a Sales Rep’s initials in the Rep. Field, you can view all of his/her Jobs only. You can also click the column headers to sort the column alphabetically.
Note: A red exclamation point means that there are no Approved Orders on that Job. A yellow triangle indicates there is at least one Draft Order and one Completed Order. A green check mark indicates all Order are Complete.
