Track - Mortgage Checks

This screen will give you a snapshot view of any Mortgage Checks in the system that have been created and are being tracked for your company.

Requires the Elite Version of AccuLynx to access the Track Pages.

Hover over Track at the top of the screen, and then select Mortgage Checks.

Mortgage Checks

- Use the filters at the top to narrow the Mortgage Check results. You can also click on a column header to sort the column alphabetically.

 - Either select one Mortgage Check at a time, or check the box at the top to choose the entire list.

 - Click the Milestone Icon to display details about:  Customer Information, Payment History, & Orders.

 - Click the Job name / # to be directed to the Mortgage Check page for that Job.

 - Clicking on the Print Icon at the top of the page will allow you to Print this list out.
You must have at least one Mortgage Check selected to use this functionality

Note: AccuLynx has been programmed to recognize the unique tracking number formats of major delivery services that most people use for shipping. If a valid tracking number has been entered in the Tracking No. Field, you can click the blue link and be taken to the website for the delivery service to actually track the package and see it’s current status. Currently, the supported companies for this feature are DHL, UPS, FedEx, Canada Post, and the United States Postal Service.
