The Dashboard is designed to give you quick access to the information you need to start working.
1. My Day
Located at the top right, you can see any Release Notes, Tasks, Events, Reminders, or @Me Notifications that have been created. There is a number listed for each Item. If the Notification Number is red, this means there are Activities that are Overdue. Orange indicates that something on the list is due today, and grey means there is something on the list that isn't due right away.
2. Search Bar
Located at the top right, our Search Bar allows you to search for your Jobs. Try searching by the Customer’s First or Last Name, Street Name/Number, City, Zip Code, or Job Number (if the Job Number is two digits, place a ":" after the Numbers). As you start to type, Results will pop up. Once you find the Result you need, simply click on their Name to go into the Job. We will only show you the Top 10 Results on this screen, though. If you need to see more Results; hit the enter key, click See All Results, or click on the magnifying glass.
3. Announcement Area
From time to time, your Company may post Announcements to the entire Company. Anything in orange is from your Management Team. If you see a message in blue, that is from AccuLynx.
- Click here to learn how to set up a Company Announcement.
4. Current Pipeline
The Current Pipeline shows how many Active Leads or Jobs you have in each Milestone. By clicking on any of the milestones, you will be taken to the Leads/Jobs List page showing you which Jobs are in that Milestone, allowing you to do even more with those Jobs. The dollar amount below each Milestone indicates the total Contract Worksheet value of all the Jobs in that Milestone.
Notes:
- The dollar amount in the Prospect Milestone indicates the total value of all the Primary Estimates.
- If you mark a Job as Dead, it will not be reflected in these numbers.
- The Jobs you can see here is based on your Role within the System. By default, Users in the Sales and Crew Roles will only be able to see numbers for Jobs they are Assigned or Granted Access to.
5. Action Items
By default, these items will be gray, but if one or more of your Jobs meets the criteria, you’ll see the Action Items color in. By clicking on any of these buttons, you will be taken to a screen or area to perform that Action.

11. Support Center
The question mark in the upper right corner will take you to a variety of helpful areas.
- Rate AccuLynx - This helps us calculate our NPS (Net Promoter Score) which we use as one of the methods we use to understand the level of satisfaction our Customers have with AccuLynx. The NPS is calculated based on responses to a single question: How likely is it that you would recommend our Company/Product/Service to a friend or colleague? The scoring for this answer is based on a 0 to 10 scale and we also collect feedback from Customers on specific issues within the Comments section.
- I Have a Problem - If the program is not functioning properly, click here to find our support number, or enter a support ticket by email. We will get back to you within 24 hrs (usually a lot faster, though).
- Submit an Idea - A lot of our best ideas come from users like you! If you have a suggestion to make AccuLynx better, click on this area. Before you start entering an idea, be sure to read through the other ideas that have been submitted! You can cast up to 20 votes on other ideas to make them rise to the top of the suggestion list. If you don’t find an idea you like, though, feel free to enter your own! **Please note that our support team does NOT monitor entries in this area! If you are having problems, please submit those using the section mentioned in the previous paragraph**
