This page will show you all of the major changes for a single Job. It will display the date and time the change was made, along with the name of the Rep who performed the change.
Items such as Comments, Milestone changes, Order changes, and Document uploads are listed here in chronological order so you can see the series of events that has led up to the Job's current state.
Job History
1. Group By - You can change the way these records are grouped by using the Group By menu. By default, None is selected and the items will appear in a chronological order. You can group by the following options:
- Date (Date Created)
- Type (Job, Appointment, Payment, Email, Estimate, Order, Supplement, Payment, File uploads, etc.)
- User (Created By)
2. Export - Select the Export File Type from the Export drop down menu, then choose Export. You can export this whole page in the following formats:
- PDF (Portable Document Format)
- CSV (Comma Separated Values)
3. Filters - Allows you to narrow down the changes made to the jobfile by date range, type, and which user made the change.
4. Sort - Click on the header of the column to sort in ascending or descending order.
Note: For some Change History records (i.e. Payments syncing back from QuickBooks or Email replies containing Photos or Documents getting automatically uploaded to Photos or Documents), if we do not know which AccuLynx User generated the Change History record, we will use the Lead Creators Name. This Name can be utilized regardless of that User's current status.
We do not create Change History records for every action taken on the Job.
