Summary:
AccuLynx allows Users to create and edit Local Building/Construction Permits as well as to track their progress throughout the Production Process.
Requirements:
Requires the Job be at the Prospect Milestone before you can create a New Permit.
How To:
Once you have accessed a Job at or beyond the Prospect Milestone, click on the Job Menu on the right side of the Job Overview page and select Permits.
Create a New Permit
To create a new Permit, click the green Create Permit button in the upper right corner of the screen. A new window will appear where you can enter the information for the Permit you are entering.
Fill in the information that you have at the moment (you can edit the information later, if needed), and click on the blue Save button in the lower right corner. Only Payment Amount is required to Save.
View/Edit an Existing Permit
If you have more than one Permit, you can view the information previously entered by using the +more option on the right side of any collapsed records.
To edit the Permit information, click the Actions menu arrow. This menu has three options:
Edit Permit:
Select this option to edit the information for the Permit. (i.e. add a Permit Name/Number, add Payment values, make a note, etc.)
Edit Permit Progress:
This will allow you to change just the Status of the Permit.

Delete Permit:
Select this option if you want to permanently Delete the entry for this Permit.
