Distributed Leads

Distributed Leads are Leads that have been entered into the System, but have not been Assigned to a User for follow-up. Rather they have been Distributed to another User to assign to one of their sales representatives. Note that Tasks such as creating Estimates, Orders, and more cannot be done until the Lead has been Assigned to a User.

You can only Distribute a Lead to a User with Office Role or higher.

This screen is where you can find a list of all Leads that have been marked as Distributed so that they can be Assigned to a Sales Rep.  You can find this screen by clicking on the Leads menu at the top of any screen in AccuLynx, and then selecting Distributed.

1. Assign

Leads in Distributed Leads screen can be Assigned to a User by selecting the white area of the Lead Tile of the Lead you want to Assign, and then in the Details tab (opened by default) to the right, click on Actions. This will give you a few options on what to do with the Lead; Edit Lead, Assign and Distribute.  If you want to Assign it to a Sales Rep, then click on Assign and select the Rep's name from the drop down box that appears. Clicking the blue Assign button with send that Lead to the Rep.

2. Smart Assign

If you want to use the Smart Assign feature, click on the Smart Assign tab in the middle. This will show you which Sales Rep's have Jobs in relation to the Location of the Lead that you are Assigning and their Close Rate in YTD, and the Sales for the Last 30 and 90 days.

3. Map Assign

By clicking on Map Assign feature, you can view the Leads on a Map to see what other Leads you have in this area. Use the Nearby Jobs option to see different Milestones near the Lead you have selected.

You may also use your Hail Swath Overlay on the Map, if you are working a storm. Simply click on Storm Analysis and select which Swath you want on the Map on the left. Select the Opacity slider to change how see through the Weather Layers are. Select Layers to turn on or off some of the layer colors. You can Assign a User here by selecting the pin and choosing a User from the drop down. Click Assign to send this Job to that Users account. To learn how to link your Swath Maps, click here.
