Summary:
This page allows you to view, filter, or sort Assigned Leads in various ways. You can also view details pertaining to each Assigned Lead.
Requirements:
To view all Assigned Leads you must hold an Office, Manager, Location Administrator, or Company Administrator Role.
Sales and Crew Roles will only be able to see Results for Leads that are Assigned to themselves.
How To:
- From any page, hover over the menu labeled Leads located at the top of the screen in the navigation bar.
- If you are logged in as a Role higher than Sales, select Assigned.
- If you are logged in as a Sales or Crew Role, select My Leads.
Search
When looking for a specific Job you may use the Search function, located above the Filters and Results. Type into the Search Results field and the Results column will update as you are typing.
Views
If you frequently look at this page with a particular Filter or Filters you can save this as a View. This allows you to select this View again at a later time without having to manually adjust each Filter. To create a View, check all of the Filters you want included on the left. Using the Save View menu, choose + Create New Saved View. Enter in a View Name and Confirm.
Selecting Save View will also allow you the ability to Update View, Rename View, and Delete View.
If you would like to make changes to a saved View, open the View first, then update the Filters to how you want them. Use the Save View menu and select Update View.
You can rename a View by selecting the View first from the View menu, then using the Save View menu choose Rename View. Enter in a new View Name and select Confirm.
You can delete a View by selecting the View first from the View menu, then using the Save View menu choose Delete View. This will permanently delete the View.
Filters
From this page, you can adjust the Filters to show more than just Assigned Leads. However, this article will focus only on Assigned leads.
You may set additional Filters to your Assigned Leads Results by expanding the categories you see in the Filters section. You can apply as many Filters as needed. The options available may change once you apply a Filter.
Example: If you add on a Filter for Work Type, the options available under City, State may narrow down to only provide City/State combinations for the Jobs that have the Work Type you selected.
Results
Based on the Filters that you have set, your Results will populate in the middle section of the page.
At the top of the Results list is a Sort By menu used to sort the results by the following:
- Job #/Lead Name
- Last Touched (last time a change was made or information entered on the Lead)
- Age in Status (How long the Lead has been a Lead)
- Relevance (Used in combination with Search Results)
- Trade
- Job Category
- Lead Source
- Milestone
- Representative
- Work Type
To the right of the Sort By menu, there is a Toggle Sort Order button. You can use this to re-order the results in ascending or descending order.
Details
Once the white space in a Job Tile is selected, the Details area will populate on the right. The Job that is selected will highlight in an orange color.
Here, you can view various information on the Job Demographics, Financial, Insurance, Tasks, Reminders and Comments.
You can add the Job to your Watch List or create an Additional Job using the same contact information. Click here to learn more about Additional Jobs.
Progress can be selected to view the Job’s milestone history. Clicking on this will open the Job’s Progress page in a separate tab.
Quick Links is a fast option to open the corresponding page for the Job you are viewing.
For example, if you choose Documents under Quick Links, you will be directed to the Documents tab on the Job’s page for the Job you were viewing details for.
Map
By clicking on the Map tab, you can compare the location of the Lead you are viewing Details for to see what other Leads or Jobs you have in this area.
Use the Nearby Jobs option to limit which Milestones are showing around the Lead on the Map.
You may also use your Hail Swath Overlays on the Map, if you are working a storm. Simply click on Storm Analysis and select which Swath you want on the Map on the left. To learn more about setting up Swath Maps, click here.
Notes:
The Opacity slider and Layers option are available only for the Swath Maps that come from Anything Weather (HailWatch) at this time. Select the Opacity slider to change how see-through the Layers are. Select Layers to turn on or off some of the layer colors. To learn how to link your Swath Maps, click here.
Watch Lists and Saved Views are Account based. This means each User will have their own Watch List or Saved Views and may contain different Leads or Jobs on it. These things cannot be shared between Users.
