The Track Commissions screen allows you to look at all Commissions in the System based on their Status: Ready to Request, Requested, Approved, and Paid.
Requires the Elite Version of AccuLynx in order to access the Track Pages and Commissions.
Hover over the Track menu and choose Commissions.
Commissions
1. Check this box to select all the Commissions in this section.
2. Check this box to select a single Commission.
3. Click the Job Number to be directed to the Commission area of that Job.
4. Clicking on the Print icons at the top of the page will allow you to Print this list out. You must have at least one Commission selected for the option to become available.
5. Move the Commission back or forth one status. You must select at least one Commission before this option becomes available. A Commission needs to be created between Requested and Approved. To do this, click the Job Number for the Commission you need to create. If you move an Approved Commission back one Status, it becomes a Draft.
Note: Commissions that are Paid will be removed from list after that Job is marked as Closed. To learn how to pay Commissions, click here.
