This feature is to grant access to Users that wouldn't normally be allowed to view certain Jobs to view them. i.e. allowing two Sales Role Users to be able to view the same Job.
1. Click the Job Menu on the right side of the Overview Page of a Job and select Settings.
2. On the left, select Manage User Access.
3. On the right you will see a list of Users. The top section shows who can currently access this Job. The bottom section shows the Users you can give access to.
4. You can add a User to the Job by checking the box next to the name of the User you want to add, then clicking the Update Selected User button.
