In the Jobs List page you can see all of your Jobs (Prospect to Closed, Cancelled). You can set several Filters to look at all your Jobs based on the Restrictions you set. Along with the Results List that will populate, you have the ability to create Reminders and Tasks, as well as post a Comment on the Job's Message Board. There is also a Map feature where you can highlight a Job and see other Jobs that are in the area, at certain statuses.
From the Dashboard (or nearly anywhere in AccuLynx), hover your mouse over the Jobs Menu at the top. Then select the Milestone you wish the screen to automatically Filter to. Note: Once in the Jobs List page, you can adjust your filters.
Filters
On the far left side you will see the Filters that can be set.
- Milestone Pipeline
- Job Priority
- Job Category
- Work Type
- Trade
- City, State
- Assigned To
- Lead Source
You can set as many Filters as you want or as little as you want. Expand each option to check the box or boxes you want included. The information that displays in the Results is all dependent on the data that you or your Company has put into your System.
There is also a Search Bar that can be used to quickly locate the Job you are searching for.
Results
Based on the Filters that you have set, your Results will populate in the middle section of the page. You have the option to Sort the Results.
- Job # / Lead Name
- Last Touched (Last time a change was made or information entered on the Job)
- Age in Status (How long it has been at its Current Milestone, default)
- Relevance
- Trade
- Job Priority
- Job Category
- Lead Source
- Milestone
- Representative
- Work Type
To the right of the Sorting Menu, you can select to show the Results in Ascending or Descending Order.
Select at least one Job to be able to access the Actions Menu. From here, you can choose to view the Job on a Map, Mark the Job or Jobs as Dead, or set one or more Jobs' Priority.
Details/Map
Once at least one Job is selected, the Details will populate to the right. The Job that is selected will highlight in an orange color. To select a Job, click in the white space of the Job Tile.
1. Once selected you can view various information on the Job, such as the Demographics, Financials, Insurance, Tasks, Reminders and Comments.
2. You can set the Jobs Priority.
3. You can add the Job to your Watch List or create an Additional Job for the same Customer using the Create a new job for (Customer Name) link. Click here to learn more about Additional Jobs.
4. Quick Links is how you would enter the Job File to directly access the Job Overview, Documents, Orders, and Contact Page.
5. The Map feature allows you to see other Jobs in the area of the Job that is selected. You can set Filters to display other Leads, Prospects, Active, and Closed Jobs using the Nearby Jobs Menu.
6. You also have the ability to overlay Hail Swaths that are available from your Storm Analysis Provider. Choose a Swath, select the Opacity Level, and uncheck the box for any Layers you would like to omit (all Layers are selected by default). To learn more about setting up Weather Mapping, click here.
