This feature will allow you to reactivate a job that was previously marked as Dead or Cancelled.
Note: Your ability to see this menu is based on your company's permissions for your user role. To learn more about your Permission Settings, click here.
Reopening a Single Job
- First navigate to the Lead/Job you want to Re-open. Click the Job Menu on the right side and choose Settings.
- Once in Settings, navigate to the the left and select Re-open Job.
Reopening Multiple Jobs
- Hover over Jobs (the Hammer Icon) in the blue ribbon at the top of the screen, and click on “Cancelled”
- Check the orange box of the jobs you would like to reopen
- Select the Actions button and select reopen job(s)
