We have taken the first step of bringing Smart(er) Docs to our Mobile Field App with the Smart(er) Docs management feature, which allows you to manage signature packet details.
In the Job Documents area, you will see new three-dot menu areas associated with each document.
You will see a menu that provides Smart(er) Docs and file management options and options to share with the customer portal if you have that add-on enabled.
You can send a presentation or collect signatures in the Smart(er) Docs menu.
- Manage settings
- Move the document to another folder
- Download the document
Managing Signature Packets
You can now view the details on a Smart(er) Doc within Job Documents
Select View document, and you can view the state of the document's signature ceremony process, when it was signed, and when it was last viewed.
You can tap on Notes to see any notes in the process or tap on evidence data to see the document details.
Collect Signatures on Mobile
When you tap on "collect signatures" within the Smarter Docs menu, you can either add signatures to start the signature collection process or take what you have set up on the desktop and start the process of collecting signatures.
You can sign in person on the device.
Or remotely via text or email.
These new features represent the new Smart(er) Docs mobile products, stay tuned we have more great new things coming in March of 2025!
