RoofQuotePRO Connection

RoofQuotePRO by Roofle is an AI-powered lead generation tool designed to engage website visitors and capture their information, helping you convert more leads into customers.

With the new RoofQuotePRO AppConnection, you can automatically sync form submissions from your RoofQuote PRO account into your AccuLynx system.

Follow the steps below to get connected:

Step 1: Launch the RoofQuotePRO AppConnection in AccuLynx

1. Navigate to the AppConnections page in your AccuLynx account.
2. Locate the RoofQuotePRO AppConnection and click on the Connection Card with the three bullet points.
3. On the AppConnection page, click the “Get Connected” button to begin the setup.

Step 2: Create a Webhook

1. On the Manage Connection page, click on the “Create Webhook” button.
2. Name the Webhook appropriately based on your location or preference.
3. Fill in all requested details, then click the “Save” button at the bottom of the page.
4. After saving, your Webhook URL will be generated.
5. Return to the RoofQuotePRO AppConnection main page and click the “Copy” button next to the Webhook URL to copy it to your clipboard.

Step 3: Add the Webhook URL to Your RoofQuotePRO CRM

1. In your RoofQuotePRO CRM, click the gear icon (⚙️) in the top right corner and select the “Developer” option from the dropdown menu.
2. On the Developer Settings page, navigate to the “Webhooks” tab.
3. Under the “Webhook Type” dropdown, select “Contact Form Completed”.
4. Paste the copied Webhook URL into the blank field provided, and click the “Save” button in the bottom right corner.
5. Repeat the process:
   • Select “Product Requested” from the same Webhook Type dropdown.
   • Paste the same Webhook URL into the blank field and click “Save”.

*You will need one Webhook URL per AccuLynx location.

*We highly recommend enabling both Webhook Types for leveraging the full integration

Step 4: Select RoofQuotePRO Market(s) in AccuLynx

1. Return to the RoofQuotePRO AppConnection page in AccuLynx.
2. After your Webhook is saved, a new section will appear titled “RoofQuotePRO Market(s)”.
3. Click the “Select Market(s)” button to open the Market selection screen.
4. From this screen, select all applicable states your business services for that location.
5. Once done, click the “Save” button.
6. You’ll be taken back to the AppConnection page—verify the selected states are now listed in the “RoofQuotePRO Market(s)” section.

*Leads will only sync from RoofQuotePRO if the matching states are selected in this section.

Step 5: Connecting Multiple Locations (Elite Accounts)

1. If you're using an AccuLynx Elite user and want to connect additional locations to RoofQuotePRO:
   • Repeat all setup steps within each location’s AppConnection page.
   • RoofQuote PRO currently allows up to 5 AccuLynx Locations to be connected.
2. Important: If multiple locations are connected in your RoofQuote PRO CRM, but you haven't selected unique Market(s) for each AccuLynx location, form submissions will be duplicated across all connected locations.
3. To prevent lead duplication, ensure each AccuLynx location is assigned a distinct set of Market(s) in Step 4.

Your setup is now complete! Leads from your RoofQuotePRO form will begin syncing into your connected AccuLynx location(s) automatically.
