If you use the Sales Rabbit Pro version (this is the version that allows for Integration) to manage your door-to-door sales teams, you can integrate with AccuLynx and select specific Sales Rabbit Lead Statuses that will trigger Sales Rabbit to send Leads to AccuLynx.
Enabling the integration is a simple and easy process, which will allow you to get the most out of both applications and minimize the amount of extra work you need to do to manage data from both applications.
NOTE: Setting this integration up requires the AccuLynx user to have Location or Company Administrator access. You will also need an active Sales Rabbit Pro account.
To begin we will need to create an API Token for AccuLynx.
1. Create your Sales Rabbit API Key
Log in to Sales Rabbit, go to the Integrations option in the left-side menu, and select API (Application Program Interface).
2. Generate a Sales Rabbit API Token
On the API Settings page, select the API Token button in the upper right corner to generate a unique API Key for your AccuLynx integration.
3. Name your API Token & Copy to Clipboard
Once your API token is generated, name it so you will be able to see what application you have assigned that token to.
Select the Copy button to copy the API Token onto your computer's Clipboard/Memory.
Now we can enable the Sales Rabbit and AccuLynx Integration...
4. From the AccuLynx Account Settings page, Expand Add-On Features and Integrations and select Add-ons. Then select the Enable button for Sales Rabbit.
5. Paste the API Token into AccuLynx and click the blue Enable Sales Rabbit button
The API Token should still be on your computer's Clipboard/Memory from when you copied it in Step 3. If for some reason it’s not working, please go back to Sales Rabbit, copy that API Token, and then come back to this screen in AccuLynx and paste again.
*PC Users: Use CTRL-V to paste
*Mac Users: Use CMD-V to paste
6. When your Sales Rabbit Application is linked, your screen will look like the image below
7. Creating the Data Import Settings (Sales Rabbit Status Trigger)
Now that AccuLynx and Sales Rabbit are integrated, you should be able to see every Sales Rabbit Lead Status listed.
Select one or many of the Sales Rabbit Statuses that you would like to trigger moving the Sales Rabbit Lead over to AccuLynx.
8. Set Lead Source
Select the AccuLynx Lead Source that you would like to be associated to the leads that come over from Sales Rabbit.
If you want to be able to run reports on leads that come over from Sales Rabbit, you may want to create a new Lead Source unique to those.
Click here to learn how to create a new Lead Source that you can name Sales Rabbit (or whatever makes the most sense to you).
That's it! Your Integration and Triggers are established and you are ready to go.
Some important things to note:
- The Sales Rabbit Integration will run every 5 minutes:
Once Integrated, AccuLynx will look to Sales Rabbit every 5 mins and pull over any records that have reached the appropriate Status Milestone.
If you want to manually bring Leads over, you can do so at any time by going to the Sales Rabbit Add On and clicking on the Get Leads Now! button. This will immediately bring your Leads over.
- Assigned vs. Unassigned Leads:
If a lead is assigned to a user in Sales Rabbit with the same email address that they use to log into AccuLynx, the Leads that they add in Sales Rabbit will get automatically Assigned to them in AccuLynx, and they will receive an email Notification and an @me Notification within AccuLynx that (X) number of Leads have come from Sales Rabbit and have been Assigned to them.
