Edit Job Progress

Note: This option is based on your Company's Permission Settings. 

This feature will allow a certain Role to progress a Lead/Job forwards or backwards to another Milestone. You can use this to directly move a Job to a Milestone that is not next in line; i.e. moving a Lead directly to Closed.

1. Navigate to a Lead or Job's Overview Page. Look for the Milestone Pipeline.

2.Click the 3 horizontal blue dots to the top right of the pipeline and then click the Edit Progress option

3. In the window that appears, select the Milestone you wish to have this Lead/Job set to. If you do not select a Date, it will set it to what is currently selected or today's date if it is left empty. In the following example, today's date was chosen for the Completed Milestone. The dates for Prospect and Approved will default to today's date. You can choose any dates in the past as well to historically date your older Jobs.

NOTE 1: If you have any Draft/Submitted Contract Worksheets or Orders, marking the Job at any Milestone Approved or past will automatically Approve these as well.

NOTE 2: If you are moving the Milestone backwards and there are Approved Orders, you will need to confirm moving the order into the "Draft" status to be able to set the Milestone back to Lead or Prospect.
