This setting allows you to customize the reason you are marking a Lead or Job are Cancelled/Dead. We have provided 7 options as System Defaults. You can add as many reasons as you need, but you will not be able to remove any of the System Defaults.
Requires Location or Company Administrator Role to access this area.
Click your name at the top right and select Account Settings.
On the left, expand Manage Leads. Select Dead Lead Settings.
To add a new Reason, select the + Add Lead Type option at the bottom of the Active Reasons list.
Enter in the Reason's Name and select Save.
If you no longer want one of your options available for selection, select the edit pencil on the right side.
Uncheck the Active box on the right. Select Save when you are finished.
This option will now appear under the Inactive Reasons. You can reverse this by editing and re-checking the Active box.
