The Labor Ticket is a container for important Job information, making it much easier to share with the Crew Assigned to the Scheduled Labor Order, and when you connect the Mobile Crew App, the Labor Ticket gives Acculynx Users better visibility of what is going on at the Job Site, without having to physically be there.
To view a Labor Ticket, navigate to a Job that has a Labor Order created and open the Job Menu on the right-side. Select the option for Labor Tickets.
A Labor Ticket is automatically created whenever a Labor Order is Approved. Individual Labor Tickets will be made for each Labor Order found on a Job. Click on the name of a Labor Ticket to view the details.
Each Labor Ticket contains:
• Job (Location) Address.
• Labor Contact.
- This is the User, or group of Users, that will get the Labor Ticket Email, and also receive Notifications from the Mobile Crew App on information associated with this Job.
- Clicking “Edit” brings up your Labor Contacts and add them from the menu. To add or remove labor contacts from the menu go to your company “account settings” menu and select “Labor orders”. Click here to view instructions on creating Labor Contacts.
• Scheduled Dates.
• Crew Assigned to the Labor Order, shown with their Crew color and the Crew Lead information.
Choosing to “Edit” the Scheduled Dates or Crew Assignment opens the Edit Labor Progress window, where you can change Crews, Dates, and update Order Status.
• The Labor Order with all Labor Items listed.
• Crew Instructions, you can add specific Crew Instructions at any time.
• The Labor Ticket also displays any Shared Documents that the Crew will be able to view. Clicking the “X” on the right side of the list will remove the document from this list and the Crew will no longer have access to it. Clicking + Share Documents at the bottom will bring up the list of Job Documents, Company Documents, and Estimates.
- If you are using the AccuLynx Mobile Crew App anything Shared from the Labor Ticket will automatically be Shared to Mobile Crew App Users.
- If you aren’t using the Mobile Crew App, when you Email the Labor Ticket just click on the Attachments option and add the Shared Documents or Photos that you want to send.
• Shared Photos displays thumbnails of all the Photos the Crew will be able to see. By selecting the + Share Photos option, you will be shown all of the Photos that have been Uploaded and Saved for that Job. Select the Photos you want the Crew to see and click Share. If the Mobile Crew App is in use, you would also see any Photos that the Crew has Shared with you.
• A Labor Checklist can be added to ensure that the Crew does not miss a step. You can create a Checklist from scratch, or select one from your Checklist Library. You can also edit Checklist Items, add new ones, delete Items that don’t apply, and reorder the list to fit the needs of a specific Job. To learn more about Checklists click here.
