Summary:
How to use the Scheduler area to view and edit your Material and Labor Orders.
Requirements:
Requires Sales and above to access this feature. Sales Roles can only view Order information for Jobs that they are Assigned to.
How To:
Material and Labor Orders:
When you single-select the Material or Labor Order, an “eye” icon appears on the right side of the Order strip. Material Orders are noted by a truck symbol and Labor Orders are noted by a hammer symbol.
Clicking on this icon or double clicking on the Order strip will slide out the Material Order Drawer or Labor Ticket drawer and allow you to see and update important information about the Order.

Shows the Job Number, Customer Name, and Address. Clicking on the Job Number/Name will open the Job file in a new tab.

Production Overview link opens a second drawer that provides Job details like Customer Phone Number, Payment History, Associated Orders, Production Notes and Order Flags.

Email Labor Ticket allows you to email a PDF copy of the Labor Order. A copy of the Email will be added to the Message Board for the Job associated with this Order. This is only available for Labor Orders.

Displays the Labor Contact (internal point of contact for questions/issues with the Order), the Start/End Dates/Time and the name of Crew that has been Scheduled.

Material Orders show the Delivery Date/Time and Method, the Delivery Instructions and the Production Contact (internal point of contact for questions/issues with the Order), and the Supplier you are purchasing the Materials from.

If you have the Mobile Crew App Add-on enabled, when a Crew Starts/Ends a Job, they can Check In. All Check In's can be viewed here. To learn more about the Mobile Crew App, click here.

If an Order contains both Material and Labor, there’s a direct link to the associated order. For example, if you're looking at the Labor Order, you would see a direct link to the Material Order. There is also a direct link to view the Job's Order page. This opens the Job's Order Overview page in a new tab.

Any Crew Instructions that have been added to the Labor Order appear here.

Displays any Shared Documents or Photos. Any files or images added here will be shared automatically to the Mobile Crew App linked Crew. These files are not added to the Email Labor Ticket Attachments. To share Documents or Photos, they must first exist in the Job's Photos or Documents pages. This is only available for Labor Orders.

Any Checklist that has been added is also displayed here. Users can choose to Create New Checklist if one isn’t already added to ensure that the Crew does not miss a step. These new Checklists can be saved to the Checklist Library. You can also Import one from your Checklist Library, if you've already created it there. - Note: Making Edits are simple. Just click Edit on any section within the Labor Ticket drawer that you want to change and they will open as a new drawer, so you can Edit them without leaving the current screen.
Production Overview:
Both the Labor Ticket and Material Order drawers contain a link to the Production Overview drawer…

Shows the Job Number and Job Name as a direct link to the Job's Overview. Clicking on this will open the Job Overview page in a new tab.

Customer Details; including Name, Primary Phone Number, and Location Address.

Company Representative Name, Approved Job Value and Money Received (Balance Collected) for the associated Job.
