Scheduler Overview

In Production Tools, the Scheduler is where you manage Material Delivery Dates and Labor Assignments within a Calendar view.

• You’ll be able to plan the date and times your Crews are working and when your Material Orders get Delivered.
• Filter your view to see the details that are most important to you.
• Easily review all of your Unscheduled Orders.
• Access Order details and make Edits without ever leaving the Scheduler.
• Easily manage weather changes with drag and drop Rescheduling of one or many Orders at once.

The controls in the grey bar above the Timeline, let you focus on specific details.

• Clicking Today at the top left will always return you to the current day’s Orders.
• The Date Range reflects the Timeline view. You can move quickly forward or backward in time by clicking the arrows to move the view to the next time interval, based on the level of zoom you have applied.
• Zoom in (+) or zoom out (-) to focus your display and allows you to plan from a two-week view to a single day’s hourly view.
• Clicking and dragging within the Timeline itself allows Users to slide the view backward or forward in time depending on the direction you drag.
• If you have more than one Location in your system, you can now manage Production for all Locations within that single Location's Scheduler.
• There are additional features within the Actions menu where you can:
• Maximize the size of the Scheduler by using the full-screen view.
• Minimize the display to fit more information on your screen.
• Print an Agenda list of all the Jobs for a single day or use a Custom Date Range
