Your Material and Labor Orders are displayed within the Scheduler, separated by Trade. They are represented on the Timeline by a colored “order strip” that indicates the type of Order and shows the Customer Name, so you can easily identify the associated Job.
If there is a Material Only Order or a Labor Order without a Crew Assignment, they are represented as gray on gray striped pattern within the Scheduler, visually indicating a Crew Assignment or Labor Order may still be needed.
The Order strip colors represent the Crew Assigned to the Labor Order. This is the color given to the Crew by the AccuLynx User within the Labor Manager.
Clicking once on an Order will select it. Then, you can drag and move it to a new date or Crew, click on the eye icon, or double click on the “Order strip” to open the Scheduler drawer to review the information associated to the Order.
There’s more you can do with an Order after it is selected...
- Dragging on the left or right side of an “Order strip”, will allow you to adjust the start & end times of an Order…
- Select multiple Orders by holding down the “Control” key on a PC or the “Command” key on a Mac while clicking to select more than one Order. You can then drag single or multiple Orders wherever you would like on the Timeline..
- You can also select all of the Orders that start on a single day by clicking on the date at the top of the Timeline.
Any changes to Order times will be reflected on all other pages within AccuLynx where Orders are listed, as well as automatically sending the information to linked Users of the Mobile Crew App.
