If you don’t already have a Zapier account, create one or log into your https://zapier.com account.
Click the Make a Zap button to start creating your zap on the left side of the screen.
You Can use either our ‘Jobs List’ Trigger with another action or our ‘Create Lead’ Action with another Trigger
Setting up a Trigger
In the Connect this app drop down, start typing AccuLynx.
Select the Trigger Event you want to set off your Action and click Continue.

In the Connect this app drop down start typing AccuLynx.
Select the Action Event you want to set off with your trigger and click Continue.
Follow the remaining steps to finish your action set up:
Get your API key from your AccuLynx API page. (https://my.acculynx.com/market/app-connections/api-keys)
- Log in as a Company/Location Administrator and hover over the Market icon at the top of your Dashboard. Click on AppConnections.
- Click on Zapier and then Get Connected if you have not started the connection.
- Create API Key - Select the New button to generate a new API Key. Make sure you give it a name, and assign one of your lead sources to all leads being created using this key. Click Create Key when finished
- Copy Key- Click the Copy button to copy the link to your key to bring to Zapier.
Back in Zapier, in the Choose Account section, select Connect New Account
Paste the copied API key and click Yes, Continue
For the rest of the fields if you choose the drop down you can choose your template fields.
Test your setup before you finish.
Click Retest & Continue
Name your Zap and then you can turn it on.
