To order an EagleView Report on AccuLynx, you must first have enabled the Add-On.
To Enable the EagleView Add-On:
1. First, navigate to your Add-Ons screen by hovering over Market at the top of your AccuLynx screen, and then select Add-Ons from the drop down.
2. Once in the Add-Ons screen, navigate to the EagleView tile and select it.
3. From there, enter your EagleView Username and Password. EagleView will now be enabled.
To Order An EagleView Report
1. Within a Job File, click on the Job Menu at the right
Within the Job Menu, select Measurements.
2. Once in the Measurements section, you can click the Order Button to begin the Eagleview order process.
3. On this screen you can use the View Samples to see what an order looks like, but to begin your order, click on Order EagleView in the bottom right.
4. A map view will appear with a pin on the building at the address listed for the customer. Verify that it is on the correct house or building. If it is not, you can click on the red pin and move it to the correct building.
5. Select EagleView Type, Delivery Method and Measurement Instructions from the drop down menus. (Acculynx Job Number and Comments can be added but are not required)
If the EagleView is a multi building measurement, drag the pins so they are on the appropriate buildings.
6. Once necessary information is completed, select “Order EagleView”.
Once the report is finished, the EagleView report will automatically be loaded into the customer’s job file within AccuLynx.
