Summary:
Adding AccuLynx as a shortcut on your phone or tablet allows you to quickly open AccuLynx in Google Chrome. From there, you’re able to use AccuLynx to its fullest capacity.
Note: You need to have Google Chrome downloaded on your device for the shortcut to work.
Apple Devices

- Click on the Shortcut app on your iPhone/iPad.

- Click on the plus sign in the upper right corner to add a shortcut.

- Select Chrome

- Type in “my.acculynx.com” and click the box with the up arrow

- Type in ‘AccuLynx’ for the name of the shortcut and select an Icon. You can choose a color and a new picture (glyph) for the shortcut that will appear on your screen.
- Then click ‘Add’ in the upper right corner.
The shortcut will now appear on one of your screens as an app
.
Then you’ll be able to use AccuLynx on your device. It will look a bit different because the screen is smaller.
Note: Every time you click on the AccuLynx shortcut, it will open a new tab in Chrome.
Android Devices
- Go to the Chrome app, and go to ‘my.acculynx.com.’ Then click on the three-dot menu to view action items (this might look different than the pictures depending on the Android device you have).
- Scroll down to click ‘Add to Home Screen.
- Select “Create Short Cut: Short Cuts Open in Chrome”

- Then click “Add”

- Click “Add” again
Now it will look like an app on your phone, and when you click on it, it will open AccuLynx in the browser.
Note: If the browser app is open in the background, it will go back to that tab. If the browser app is not in the background, it will open AccuLynx in a new tab.
