Summary:
This feature will allow you to integrate your SRS Distribution Account with your AccuLynx Account. Once the connection is set up, your SRS Branch will send real-time pricing to AccuLynx, allowing you to include accurate pricing on your Estimates and to forecast Order costs.
Requirements:
Set up must be completed by AccuLynx users in the Company or Location Administrator Role. This also requires an SRS Distribution Account Number, Invoice Number, Bill Amount, and/or Invoice Date.
*All Billing is handled through SRS Distribution for any Materials Ordered.
How To:
- Click on Market at the top of your AccuLynx screen
- Click on Add-Ons from the drop down.
- From the Add-ons screen, filter by Material Orders at the top right, and then click on the SRS Distribution box
- On the next screen, read about the Beacon Building Products integration, and select ENABLE
- On the next screen, select the ENABLE box at the top left. Then enter the following:
-SRS Account Number
-SRS Recent Invoice Number
-Bill Amount OR Invoice Date
- Once entering your SRS information, click the "Link Account" button at the bottom right corner.
7. Once your credentials are entered & you’ve clicked Sign In, your screen will refresh and you will be brought back to the AccuLynx Integration page where your SRS Distribution & AccuLynx integration will be completed.
