Summary:
The Web to Lead Form allows you to build a form to embed in your website that will capture potential customer information. That information will be pulled into AccuLynx as an Unassigned Lead for you to review and assign later.
(Note: The Web To Lead Form is an Elite Package feature, and can be accessed by AccuLynx Administrators)
How to:
There are two ways of accessing the Web To Lead Form to learn more, and enable it.
1. Navigate to the Account Settings by clicking on your username in the top right corner of AccuLynx and then choose Add-On Features and Integrations from the menu on the left side. Click Add-Ons. Navigate to the Web to Lead Form from the list of add-ons and click Learn More.
2. You may also go to the top of your screen and go under the Market then select "Add-Ons". Navigate to the Web to Lead Form from the list of add-ons, and learn more about the feature, and enable it from this screen
Check the orange box to Enable the Web to Lead Form in the upper left.
Choose to begin with the provided Web to Lead Form by clicking the blue pencil icon or by adding a new lead form by clicking + Add Lead Form.
Change the name of the form, if desired. This name is an internal name to help you differentiate one Lead Form from another.
Choose to Enable Google reCAPTCHA. This requires you to input your Google reCAPTCHA Site Key and reCAPTCHA Secret Key.
Determine what should happen after the potential customer submits the form. Choose to have them stay on the form and display a success message, or choose to redirect them to a URL and input the site you want them directed to. Click Next
OR
Choose how wide you want the form to appear. The height will depend on the number of lines included in the form.
Choose which fields you want to be included in the form and if they should be required. First Name will always be on and required.
See the preview of your form. You will be able to adjust color choices on the next page. Click Next.
Customize the colors for your form to match your branding or website. Choose from the preset color options available in the drop down, or input a HEX number if you have specific colors for your branding
View an updated preview of your form.
If you’re ready to export your code to include on your website, choose Export & Save. If you’re not quite ready to export your code yet, choose Save and Export later.
When you choose to export, you will have the option to copy your code to your device’s clipboard. You can copy and paste directly into your website or even send an email to your web developer.
