Summary: Once AccuPay is enabled, there are multiple ways you can offer financing.
Steps:
If your company admin has enabled dashboard controls, you will be able to initiate taking payment directly from the dashboard.
Note for Admins:
- Click the gear in upper right hand corner and click account settings
- On the left-hand side under company/location settings choose "dashboard controls
- Choose which controls you would like enabled
1.) Click the Take Payment Button from the AccuLynx Dashboard
2.) Select your job and choose "Begin Payment Request"
3.) You will be redirected to the job page where you can begin the request for payment
4.) Enter the amount to be paid/requested
5.) Initiate payment now or choose to email a payment request
Other ways you can initiate payment within the AccuLynx system:
1.) From the job, send your invoice and choose to take/request a payment with invoice.
2.) Choose the invoice and scroll to the bottom
3.) Choose "Take a Payment" button to initiate the payment request
4.) When you request a payment, a preview of the invoice will appear. This is what will be emailed to your customer.
From the job menu dropdown , scroll and click “Payments Processing” then click "Take a Payment"
Additionally under Payment Processing you can view which payments have been requested, completed, or canceled.
