Settings: 

Users can initiate payment from the dashboard quickly and easily when the dashboard controls have been engaged. To turn-on: 

• Click the gear in upper right hand corner and click account settings
• On the left-hand side under company/location settings choose "dashboard controls"
• Choose which controls you would like enabled

To adjust AccuPay specific settings, Go to Market, and click on Add Ons.

Upon entering the AddOns page, scroll down until you see the Accounting category. Click on the AccuPay tile & then click “Manage” at the bottom right corner of the page.

Under Permissions choose which roles have the ability to request payment and edit the payment method. 

By allowing a role to edit the payment method, they will be able to choose ACH or Credit Card when requesting a payment. Admins will always have the ability to make this change. 

Admins may choose to limit this offering to mitigate the number of fees acquired by the company

• ACH payments acquire a .5% fee
• Credit Cards acquire a 3.6% fee 

Choose what payments can be accepted

• Credit Cards and ACH
• Just credit card
• Just ACH bank payments

Determine whether you would like to show the AccuFi widget by checking the box. This will add an option for the customer to finance their entire project right from the payment request email. 

User management is where admins can add additional users to the Payrix portal. 

Note to admins: You must be an admin to invite someone to the portal. However, the invitee does not have to be an AccuLynx user to be invited. For instance, if you would like to grant access to your accountant, you may do so. 

We recommend limiting the number of users who have access to the Payrix portal as bank information is stored here and funds will be deposited to whatever account is listed, professional or personal.
