When you have initiated an invite to your customers to join the customer portal, they will receive a link via email or text depending on your preference.
Invitees will be prompted to click the invitation link which will take them automatically to the authentication page.
Once customers have clicked the "View Portal" Button they will need to provide their mobile number to receive their access code via text. Note: Texting does not need to be enabled for this text to be sent.
*It is important that your customer enters the same phone number that you have entered in the job file otherwise, this invitation may fail.
*If the portal user does not check the "trust this device" box, they will need to receive a new access code every time they visit the portal.
This is what the Customer Portal looks like to a portal user:
- Navigate using the tab buttons at the top
- Information displayed, and the functionality availability will be dependent on the account settings set by the admin.
