Job Data in the Customer Portal: Automatic vs Manual

Some information within the job will automatically be shared when you invite a user to the Customer Portal. 

Other information you will need to decide if you would like to share with that specific customer. If yes, it will need to be manually shared to the Portal. 

Job data automatically visible in the customer portal when entered/approved: 

• Project summary information
• Team members
• Initial appointment date 
• Primary estimate total 
• Material delivery dates
• Labor start dates
• Approved Financial Worksheet amount
• Job payments
• Payments linked to an invoice

Job data that is optional to share in the Customer Portal: 

• Estimate Details
• Invoice Details
• Financing (AccuFi Widget) 

Job data that must be shared manually to the Customer Portal: 

• Non-initial appointments (Reschedules, Follow-Up etc.) 
• Job photos
• Job documents 
• Portal user communication
